Acting as an Outsourced Finance Systems Support Department, we provide telephone, email and remote support (and on-site consultancy if required) to ensure our clients remain operational at all times. Issues include user set up, business unit creation, report development, supplier set up, reference data set up etc. Support calls and emails are logged and allocated to the support team who respond and resolve issues in line with Service Level Agreements. We provide 5 levels of support in addition to individually tailored bespoke solutions.
